*Additional photos available upon request. Where larger homes require more images, we will use our discretion when creating your album unless otherwise specified.

Additional Drafting

Prices shown are for properties up to 2500 sq.ft. (this is billable square footage and includes basements and garages). Larger properties are subject to additional charges. The first 2500 sq.ft is included in a standard iGUIDE package, additional sq.ft. will be billed out per sq.ft.

Professional still photography with interior and exterior images   40 images: $169

Extra Time

Where home preparation, home staging or furniture relocation is not completed by the appointed time, this may lead to additional charges and/or rescheduling of your current appointment. (see "Cancellations/No Access" below)

We ask that all people(s) be outside the home during shoots where possible, furniture relocation during shoots is not permitted, as this may adversely effect the final product.

Turn Around Time

iGUIDE reports and images are delivered via email by end of the following day.  Our process requires time to produce complete and reliable floor plans and measurements data.  We cannot rush the process, and for qualitative reasons,  nor would you want us to.

​

Cancellations/No Access

Same day cancellation/no show fee of $75+ is applicable.  Rebooking an appointment in less than 24 hours, (your clients aren't prepared) is the same as a cancellation.  

​

Re-Takes

We do not take responsibility for weather conditions and will work with the realtors if retakes if needed.  A return trip fee is $89 for outdoor stills needed with no homeowner access required.  This also applies to seasonal photo updates.  We will return and capture the exterior areas, edit and update albums as needed. 

​

Twilight Photography

Twilight Photography is a great add-on option, for homes that have lots of outdoor lighting.   Starting at $199 to any real estate photography package or starting at $249 separately.

Travel Charges

Properties outside our service area are subject to travel charge, packages include 60km roundtrip from our office in St. Thomas, ON. Additional travel is billed at $0.62/km. 

​

Pets & Backyards

Doggie Doo-Doo is on you!  $25 Sanitation Fee, please discuss with your clients that the outside is just as important as preparing the inside of their home to sell.    

We love all pets (well not Tarantulas) however we would appreciate that all pets are removed from home or at least put away in one room so we can work quickly and efficiently through a home and not have to worry about them.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  At this time we do not collect interest on overdue invoices so lets' not ruin this for everyone, paying your invoice within a timely 30 days is appreciated. Preferred method of payment is via and EMT to cvdeventstudio@outlook.com, however, other payment methods are available.

Weekend Shoots

Saturday shoots are on a case by case basis, images will be delivered on Monday and have a premium add on charge of $100, please inquire at time of booking if dates are available.
